Frequently Asked Questions
When should presenters arrive at their assigned conference room for their presentation in advance of their presentation?
The registration table for the conference will be open daily during the conference from 7:30 AM to 4 PM. We recommend that presenters arrive at their assigned conference room an hour before the session during which they will present is scheduled to begin to allow time to familiarize themselves with the available audio-visual equipment, to confirm that they can connect their laptop and other presentation aids to the supplied A/V equipment at the commencement of their presentation.
When you approach the Embassy Suites, the second set of glass doors will be locked. The Embassy Suites security team monitors these doors. If the doors are not opened immediately, there will be a small intercom on the wall. You can use this to inform security that you are attending a private event with Embassy Suites.
Your event will be held inside Legacy C-F & Salon III on the hotel's first floor. When you enter the hotel through the lobby, the room will be in the Legacy Ballroom area on the left, past the elevators. The front desk team can assist your guests in locating the room if needed, and there will be a door sign displaying your event name directly outside the room.

Where is parking at the hotel?
For guests who need to park, Embassy Suites offers Valet Parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Pricing for 0-3 Hours is $12 per car (Ruth’s Chris Steak House validated rate – please make sure to get your parking ticket stamped by a Ruth’s Chris Team Member before leaving, otherwise standard valet rate for 0-3 hours is $25 per car).
Should valet parking become unavailable - which typically only happens on high-volume dates such as city-wide conventions, sports events/concerts at the nearby stadiums, or weekend evenings - Embassy Suites does have several parking lots and parking garages nearby within walking distance. Recommended parking garages are the Hilton Garden Inn parking deck next door, the Green Deck for the GWCC across the street, or any of the several gravel lots along Marietta Street, the street, or starting one block up from us along the road toward Ivan Allen Jr Blvd. These lots/decks all have various price points.
Are there public transit options?
If you are not staying in the hotel and wish to avoid paid parking options, consider parking at a MARTA station and commuting to the hotel by MARTA train. You will need to walk, use a taxi or a ride-sharing service to the hotel from the Peachtree Center MARTA Station on the Red and Gold Lines (north and south lines), or the SEC District Station on the Blue and Green Lines (east and west lines). Both MARTA stations are also a short walking distance from the hotel.
The Atlanta Streetcar is also available on Centennial Olympic Park Drive (across Centennial Olympic Park from the hotel) near the Ferris Wheel and it connects to the Georgia State University campus, the Peachtree Center MARTA Station, and the Martin Luther King Historic District.
Are the hotel rooms and conference rooms in the hotel accessible?
Embassy Suites has a variety of accessibility features, including an accessible public entrance, accessible rooms upon request, accessible meeting rooms, and elevator access. If you have concerns about accessibility, please feel free to contact the hotel at +1 404-223-2300 or email us at secol2026@gmail.com.
